General description of the service

quirion provides consumers with digital wealth management. Through the website, prospective and existing clients can read about the investment approach, open a securities account, invest a lump sum or set up a savings plan, and review their investment. Money is invested in globally diversified ETF portfolios that quirion manages on an ongoing basis. This statement covers the parts of that service delivered through the website.

Applicable requirements

Under the BFSG and the BFSGV, the content of this website must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Among other things, this means full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator, text alternatives for non-text content, sufficient colour contrast, a meaningful heading structure, and usability with assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Status of compliance with the requirements

Based on our own assessment, this website is partially compliant with the requirements set out above. The content listed below is not yet fully accessible. We are working to remove the remaining barriers.

Content that is not fully accessible

The following content is not yet fully accessible:

• Colour contrast on brand-coloured surfaces: Some text and controls on the brand colours (including the violet and blue surfaces) fall just short of the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio. The content remains legible; an adjustment of the colour values is under review.
• Pages carried over from the previous website: Some content was taken over from the previous website and does not yet consistently meet the requirements set out above. These pages are being revised step by step.
• Forms: On some forms, labels, required-field indicators and error messages are not yet marked up consistently enough for assistive technologies to announce them reliably.
• PDF documents: PDF documents offered for download are largely not prepared in an accessible format. We will provide their content in an accessible form on request.
• Embedded third-party content: Video and podcast players and other embedded third-party content are not of our design. Our influence over their accessibility is limited.
• Interactive calculators and charts: The result displays of our calculators and the graphical projections are not yet fully accessible to assistive technologies. We will supply the underlying figures on request.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared and last reviewed on 27 July 2026. It is based on a self-assessment: the website was examined using automated testing tools and by manually checking keyboard operability and focus handling. No external audit has been carried out to date.
