Why do customers have to regularly review their personal details in accordance with the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), such as their investment objectives, risk-bearing capacity or investment horizon, despite the glide path in the retirement provision strategy?

The regular review of the customer's WpHG details is required by law, including for retirement provision strategies. The glide path defined at the outset does not change this. All parameters on which this glide path is based, e.g. the investment horizon or the risk-bearing capacity, can change considerably over the long term, so that adjusting the retirement provision strategy or a different investment strategy is advisable.
