Satisfaction is rising
73% of the representatively selected customers are satisfied or even very satisfied with quirion. Naturally, this makes us very happy, and at the same time it motivates us to get even better. In the previous year, incidentally, this figure still stood at 68%.
Sustainable investing is in ever greater demand
For 77% of those surveyed, it is important that companies act responsibly towards society, their employees, the environment and the economic landscape. More than half of our customers (52%) are interested in a sustainable investment strategy with quirion. Since December 2019, quirion has offered a sustainable portfolio in the Comfort package. Not yet sufficiently prepared
47% of customers under the age of 60 say that they still have to tackle the topic of retirement provision from scratch. For these customers, quirion's retirement portfolio could be interesting, as it continuously reduces the risk in the portfolio as you get older. On the bright side: 44% of customers under 60, incidentally, say that they have already made sufficient provision.
Human or machine? Both!
The option to also speak to a personal advisor on site when needed, available in the Premium package, is still not widely known among many customers. That is hardly surprising, since quirion has only offered this "hybrid model" since December 2019. Indeed, the combination of human and machine is not exactly the norm for a digital investment service like quirion. But it is precisely this that sets quirion apart from other robo-advisors. Customers are particularly satisfied with the ease of use and the straightforward registration on the website. They see potential in clarity and up-to-date market information — a point we are happy to take to heart in order to become even better for our customers.
