The adviser on your smartphone
And here's how it works: as a new client, you answer the five questions of the sign-up process. In doing so, we get to know you and your risk appetite and make you an investment proposal. You then choose your service package: "Basic" without a coach or "Comfort" with a coach. Existing clients who want to take up the new offering can turn to our customer support team.
For the new advisory flat rate, quirion charges 0.88 percent p.a. of the investment volume. This lets the client discuss, in direct conversation with their adviser, all the questions concerning them around the topic of investing. At the same time, the strategic support meets high security standards. The video coaching works just as well at your computer at home as it does on the go from your smartphone.
Alongside the new hybrid model, investors can, as before, also choose the classic offering without an advisory flat rate at a price of 0.48 percent p.a. of the investment volume. Here too, the client has the option at any time, if needed, of contacting an adviser for a fee. A quarter of an hour costs 37.50 euros.
