Inside quirion

The days when sustainable investments meant high risks or low returns are over. Socially and environmentally conscious investing is winning more and more followers. The coronavirus crisis has accelerated the trend even further.

How does quirion calculate returns? You might assume this question could be answered quickly and easily, but let us say this much up front: the answer is complicated, and calculating returns precisely is a science in its own right. What's more, there is no single "the" return: there are different methods for calculating returns.

In recent weeks, quirion has been able to add no fewer than four new awards to its already well-stocked trophy cabinet. In particular, the forecast-free investment model and the low fees frequently tipped the scales in quirion’s favor.

Last year, quirion saved its clients €7 million in fees. This saving flows directly into our clients’ wealth building. Is €7 million a lot? Yes, if you compare it with the figures from our early years. No, if we look ahead to the years to come.

When you place an instruction with us for your portfolio, this triggers complex processes behind the scenes. The goal: to keep trading costs as low as possible.

Every year, quirion commissions an independent market research institute to learn more about the wishes and opinions of its customers. This helps us keep improving with your interests in mind. We would like to share the most important findings of the survey with you.
